Judith Smith Publishing was founded in 1997 after the publication of Home, A Journal of a First Trip to Israel, by Judith Smith. The author published the manuscript. As a result of this trip to Israel, the author gained new insight into the place of Israel in history and in the plans of the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The purpose of Judith Smith Publishing is connected to the mission and goals of Sentinel to the House of Israel (tzofehleyisrael), an aliyah intercessory prayer ministry. Aliyah deals with the plans of G-d to return His people, the Jews, to the covenanted Land of Israel. We believe what G-d spoke in:

Genesis 12:3: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Our purpose is very specific and can not be compromised: we are at the service of the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to help return the Jewish people to the covenanted Land of Israel.

Because we are blessed by allowing G-d to use us in returning His people back to the Land of Israel, we would like to bless authors who are publishing their own manuscripts. We discovered that the hardest part of self-publishing, after the manuscript is written, is to find proof readers. We have competent proof readers available at reasonable rates.
